You need 1h online time in a cozy and quiet space where you can lie down on a mat or blanket while visible on the screen. Adjustable Laptops or Tablets are best since I also need to see you standing up while doing the exercises.
After you book and pay for the session, you will receive a 'How To' PDF and confirmation via email and we will schedule day and time via email or WhatsApp. My schedule does not allow me to offer set times for online TRE® but I am flexible and may accommodate you even after business hours or on weekends.
Note: If your physical health is not allowing you to do exercises equal to yoga or pilates or your mental health does not allow you to be curious about and confident with the idea of shaking or tremoring, please contact me via email before booking.
